Brown Ginger Delight

which is delicious gluten-free and lactose-free gingerbread :D  Ingredients: 113 g lakctosefree margarine 100 g Muscovado sugar 200 ml of molasses (I used honey, worked as well) 1 eggfree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 100 g peanut flour 150 g Shar mix C flour (gluten-free) 1,5 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 1 teaspoon of ground cloves (full cloves) 1 tablespoon of cocoa 3 pcs of cardamon (full pieces) 3/4 teaspoon of salt 235 ml of boiling water Instructions: Preheat oven to 175 C, and prepare baking pan with baking paper. Combine room temperature margarine with Muscovado sugar in the large bowl, make it creamy. Add molasses (or honey) and  stir it well. Add egg-free, Vanilla, stir it well. Preheat pan and warm up spices, best if you have them not grounded, warm it up, and then blend it in the blender until you get powder.
