Wybierając się na wyspę, żyliśmy chwila, momentem, w którym spotkamy się świeżymi przyprawami, herbata świeżo zerwana, kawa zbierana przy nas.

Oprócz niesamowitych smaków wyspy, należy a nawet musze wspomnieć o niesamowitych ludziach tam żyjących. Niesamowitych bo szczerych, niesamowitych bo uprzejmych i żyjących w swoim odosobnionym świecie.

Wyspa, ze względu na posiadanie całego mnóstwa świeżych owoców, warzyw oraz makaronów i innych dodatków całkowicie bez glutenu bo ryzowe, bez laktozy bo mleko kokosowe całkowicie mnie zauroczyła.

Tak, jak starając się zachować swoja dietę w świecie Europejskim, i niestety często kończąc fiaskiem, tak na wyspie czułam się wyśmienicie. Cały okres objadania się smakami Sri Lanki, był dla mnie jednym z najlepszych okresów w życiu. Po prostu. Nic mnie nie bolało J Niesamowite prawda?

Smak ananasa, to nie smak naszego ananasa. Smak kokosu, tez jest inny jak widzisz jego świeżość dopiero po zerwaniu z drzewa. Zapach ulicy (niekoniecznie przyjemny), świeże owoce, cynamon unoszący się w powietrzu, liście curry i inne elementy niekończącego się szczęścia.

Tyle szczescia na raz...

Being in Sri Lanka was a dream come true, in an unexpected journey, full of smells, tastes and views breathtaking.

Sri Lanka, is a place, you could see only on the last pages of fashion magazines for women in the 90's ...

By choosing the island, we lived moment, the moment in which we meet with fresh spices, freshly broken tea, coffee collected by us.

In addition to the amazing flavours of the island, I have to mention about the amazing people who live there. Amazing because sincere, polite and amazing because living in their isolated world.

Amazing island, because lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and coconut milk, and other additives completely gluten and lactose-free.

I was completely charmed.

As trying to keep my diet in the world of Europe,unfortunately, often ending bad, so on the island, I felt great. 

The entire period of Sri Lanka, was for me one of the best times of my life. Just that. I was not sick. Amazing, isn it?

Pineapple taste, it's not our pineapple flavor. The taste of coconut, also is different, as you see it fresh after pick it from the tree. The smell of the street (not necessarily pleasant), fresh fruit, cinnamon floating in the air, curry leaves and other elements and infinite happiness.

So much happiness at once ...
